On what days and times are you open?

We're open daily (Mon-Sun) from 12 PM to midnight. Follow us for holiday announcements and special offers.

Do you have a physical location I can visit?

Instead of a traditional spa, we travel to you, whether it's your home, office, or even a special event within Metro Manila and nearby provinces such as Cavite, Batangas, Pampanga, Laguna.

Our base of operations is nestled in the vibrant center of Eastwood, Quezon City.

In which areas are your services available and do you have any transit fees?

We pamper you in the comfort of your home/ event in these areas without any travel fees:

  • Eastwood City

Metro Manila Transportation Fee for Individual bookings

  • Free transportation fee for bookings of ₱2,500 and above (Selected areas of Q.C, Pasig, Marikina)
  • Free transportation fee for bookings of ₱3,000 and above (All other areas within Metro Manila)
  • OR choose to pay a travel fee based on your exact location.

Once booking is confirmed, you will receive a message regarding the additional travel fee that you can pay after the services.

For Events and Spa Parties

  • Free transportation is provided for events in Q.C, Makati, Pasig, Taguig, Mandaluyong,  San Juan & Marikina (Exclusive to weddings, corporate, and grand events; for private spa parties, transportation fees may be waived depending on the total package).
  • For other Metro Manila areas, a minimal transportation fee will apply based on the location.
  • For locations outside Metro Manila, transportation fees will be calculated based on distance and accessibility.

What are your Late Policy

Late Policy for Both Clients and Therapists:

Maintaining professionalism and respect for everyone's time is essential in a mobile spa setting. To ensure a smooth and successful experience for both clients and therapists, we have the following late policy:

For Clients:

  • Up to 15 minutes late: Therapist will wait and proceed with the full service time. A courtesy reminder may be issued.
  • 16-30 minutes late: The Client will be charged for the full booked service or continue the treatment but only with the remaining time, no extensions in respect for the next booking. 
  • 31+ minutes late: We have the right to cancel the appointment and charge on the full service amount.
  • Please note: Communication is key! In case of unforeseen delays, contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your late arrival so you can just cancel in advance and re-book.

For Therapists:

  • Up to 15 minutes late: Client will wait and the full service time will be provided. 
  • 16-30 minutes late: Client will have the option to wait for the therapist and receive the full service time or reschedule the appointment. 
  • 31+ minutes late: The therapist will contact the client and attempt to reschedule. 

Communication is crucial for both parties:

  • Clients: Please be considerate of the therapist's time and be available promptly. If you are running late, inform us as soon as possible.
  • Our Therapist will  communicate any unexpected delays to the client immediately.

For Event Day Policies

  • Any additional requests or additional guests beyond the agreed package will incur extra charges.
  • If the actual number of guests is less than the agreed booking (e.g., booked for 50 guests but fewer attendees show up), the client must still pay the full amount as the time and services were already allocated for the event.
  • Any overtime beyond the agreed hours will be charged at ₱2,000 per hour. (If the event runs late due to the client’s delay and requires our team to extend)
  • Additional massage therapists/ Nail Technicians can be booked in advance at ₱1,800 per staff for the entire event.

Is it possible to add or extend the services I've already booked for my appointment?

Just reach out to our admin team through Facebook, Instagram, or by calling us 0962-1915791. They'll check availability for your desired services if you can add or extend.

Can I book directly with one of your therapists?

To streamline the booking process and ensure fair scheduling for all clients, we currently don't offer direct therapist bookings. Only book through:

  • Directly on our website, It's fast and secure.

I'd love to add a massage table to my booking. Do you have them available?

Upon advance request, we'll set up plush, professional beds right in your own space.
Here's the scoop:

  • Individual Bliss: For individual bookings, a massage bed comes with a small additional fee of 250 PHP. Totally worth it for that extra touch of comfort, right?
  • Spa Party Perfection: Hosting a spa party or event? Our special packages often include complimentary massage bed use!
